Ok I haven't posted on here in a while. I wanted to share my latest photo edit. Easter Sunday I brought my camera and took tons of fun pictures of my kidlets. They really enjoyed climbing in the trees and on the wall! It was a ton of fun! So I am playing around with PhotoShop and learning how to tweak (edit) photographs and make them even more creative. This one is my favorite so far!

I am having so much fun taking pictures everywhere I go. I am starting to see everyone and everything in a new light. It is amazing. When I look at something I automatically think this would make a fantastic picture, or look how bright this little one's eyes are. Unfortunately I have not mastered capturing the essence of eyes. But I am working on it.

I cannot wait to take some classes in the fall to become much better at this! I know it will boost my confidence immensely as well.

I have found some fabulous photographers in the area and some of them have really helped by giving me tons of great suggestions. I am hoping to meet some of them in person over coffee or lunch (or wine!) and just talk shop.

A Day at the Farm

I went out to look at a couple horses at Days End Farm in Woodbine and shot a couple fun pictures. Athena kept following me around the field. It was too precious! I guess I smelled interesting that day because the next time I was out we were ignored!
